The Dreamers (מי שחלם)
Special Independence Day Episode — 2025 — KAN 11
Role: Creator, Art Director & Animator
A special Independence Day episode about the Susita, Israel's fiberglass car, and the dreamer behind it. Through interviews, Jimbo J's narration, and animation, it shows how one person's fantasy gets tangled with a country's self-image.
I built a bold cut-out style with layered textures and loose motion, mixing After Effects work with AI-rebuilt photos and characters that we then painted into the same world. Together with Sagi Karmi, we created the logo and type so it feels like part of a bigger series. Animation wraps around interviews, interacts with Jimbo J, and pours out of archival stills, turning the story into a colorful, music-led piece that still feels personal.
